How do I store my Cream Teas?

Keep your cream tea refrigerated immediately from receipt. Do not leave at room temperature. For best results consume within 2 days.

 

How do I store my Cornish Pasties?

You have the option to freeze pasties they are good for the time that is shown on your freezer for cooked meats. Alternatively, you can store them in a refrigerator below 5°C and consume within 3 days. 

 

How do I reheat my Cornish Pasty?

From chilled - an already baked pasty:  This is a guide as cooking times will vary dependent upon your oven. Place your pasty on a baking tray and reheat for 30 minutes in a pre-warmed oven at 100 degrees Celsius. Check temperature reduction recommendation from your oven instructions if you have a fan oven. 

From chilled - a part-baked pasty:  This is a guide as cooking times will vary dependent upon your oven. Place your pasty on a baking tray and cook for 40 minutes in a pre-warmed oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Check temperature reduction recommendation from your oven instructions if you have a fan oven. 

What ingredients are in your Cornish Pasties?

Our pasties are genuine traditional Cornish Pasties, so they all include potato, swede and onions. Traditional Cornish Pasties also include beef, and our flavoured pasties will also have ingredients that represent their flavouring i.e. Cheese & Onion, Lamb and Mint etc.

 

How big are your Cornish Pasties?

Our large pasties are 325 grams (11.5oz) in part-baked weight.
